1. Position: Hospital Director

• Pay Scale: Equivalent to BPS-20 (Fixed Term & Fixed Pay Basis)

Qualifications and Experience Required for each position at Khyber Medical University Hospital Peshawar

To apply for the position of Hospital Director at KMU General Hospital and Research Centre, the following qualifications and experience are required:

• Educational Background: You must have an MBBS degree. Additionally, you should have completed postgraduate studies in one of the following fields: Hospital or Health Services Management, Public Health, Public Administration, or any similar qualification from a recognized institution.
• Experience: You need at least five years of experience in a senior management or director-level role in a hospital setting. This experience is crucial as it shows that you can handle the responsibilities of leading a hospital.
• Preferred Qualifications: While not mandatory, candidates with advanced medical qualifications such as FCPS, FRCS, FRCP, MRCP, MS, MD, or any equivalent clinical degree registered by the Pakistan Medical and Dental Council (PMDC) will be given preference. These qualifications highlight your expertise and commitment to the medical field.

Age Limit: Up to 55 years

Main Responsibilities:

The Hospital Director will be responsible for overseeing all administrative functions of the hospital, including finance, budgeting, ancillary services, building maintenance, human resources, procurement, and ensuring quality assurance and accreditation with regulatory bodies.
