Qualifications and Experience Requirements for the Available Positions at Bank of Khyber BOK Peshawar

Head of Enterprise Risk Management Division:

• Education: You need a Graduation degree, preferably in Finance, Risk Management, Accounting, Commerce, Economics, Business Administration, or similar fields. A Master’s degree or certifications like CFA, FRM, or membership in a professional accounting body will be preferred.
• Experience: You should have at least 12 years of experience in Credit and Risk Management, with 5 years in Enterprise Risk Management. You also need 3 years of experience in a senior position.

Head of Financial Control Division:

• Education: A Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in Finance or related areas. Having qualifications like CA, CA-Finalist, ACCA, ICMA, or similar will be a plus.
• Experience: You must have at least 10 years of experience in Audit or Finance. Preference will be given to those who have worked as a financial controller in a financial institution.

Skills and Responsibilities:

Head of Enterprise Risk Management Division

• You need to be well-versed in industry best practices, especially the BASEL framework and relevant State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) regulations.
• You should have experience in risk identification, mitigation, and reporting.
• Leadership skills are essential, as you’ll be heading various departments like Market & Liquidity Risk and Operational Risk Management.

Head of Financial Control Division

• You must stay updated on changes in laws, regulations, and standards that impact financial statements and control functions.
• You will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely financial and regulatory reporting.
• You’ll play a key role in managing budgets, monitoring expenses, and providing support to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in financial planning and strategy development.
• Leadership skills are important as you will also lead process improvement and automation projects for the finance department.
