Qualifications and Experience Required for the Positions at Higher Education Commission HEC:

1. Project Director (PPS-10)

• Education: Master’s degree or equivalent with at least 2nd Division from a university recognized by HEC.
• Experience: 12 years of relevant experience in well-known public or private organizations. Out of these 12 years, at least 5 years should be in a managerial role.

2. Technical Monitoring Officer (PPS-8)

• Education: 16 years of education, preferably in Business Administration, Computer Science, or Information Technology, with at least 2nd Division from an HEC-recognized university.
• Experience: 5 years of relevant experience in well-known public or private organizations, including experience in managing projects.

Important Information:

• Experience required for these positions should be gained after obtaining the minimum qualification.

• An application processing fee of Rs. 600/- should be deposited online in HEC’s account at Habib Bank Ltd. Proof of payment must be uploaded on the HEC website.

• Part-time, honorary, apprentice, and internship experiences will not be considered.
